Three new Private Villa projects

Eduardo

Eduardo is located in Costa d'en Blanes, with incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea. The concept of the house enhances the Mediterranean outdoor living where the outdoor spaces, terraces and balconies, are as important as the interior spaces.

The house opens towards the exterior, towards the sea. In our proposal, the private area is developed on the ground floor: 4 bedrooms, all with en-suit bathrooms and direct access to the garden, maximizing the outdoor living experience. As for the upper floor, the common spaces, solarium and pool area are developed along the entire facade overlooking the yachting harbor and the bay of Puerto Portals.

La Gran

La Gran is located in a residential area in Nova Santa Ponsa with a southwest orientation to the famous Malgrats Islands. 

To take advantage of the plot and maximize the outdoor spaces La Gran is developed next to the northeast boundary of the property, to open the house to the right orientation and turn its back to the east and north neighbor, ensuring the privacy of its users.

Villa Morisca

The project involves the construction of a single-family house on a plot with a significant slope. The land is a big plot in a suburban context in the southwest of Mallorca, it has a lot of vegetation that demands preservation as much as possible.

The regulations demanded to adapt the design to the level curves of the plot, therefore the project is developed in two floors being the first floor smaller due to the inclination of the land, and the second floor more extensive forming a large cantilever over the first floor, which also serves as a porch of the main terrace.

The different outdoor terraces and pools are stepped, adapting to the slope and forming a succession of exterior spaces with different uses.
