The new gastronomic project, occupies an emblematic space in the seafaring district of Santa Catalina: the former headquarters of Montepio de Previsión de Santa Catalina, which was the house of the neighbourhood, the meeting place for the inhabitants of this central suburb, today one of the most interesting and picturesque neighborhoods in the city of Palma.
The Cantina Patrón Lunares is not only a new restaurant, but also the recovery of the heart of a neighborhood, a centennial institution and meeting point for the city.
