Villa Malgrats honors the Malgrats Islands that are right in front of the plot. It takes the name and the concept is conceived around the magnificent views of the islands.

The concept of the house enhances the Mediterranean outdoor life where the outdoor spaces, terraces and balconies, are almost as (or more) important than the indoor spaces. The house projects itself to the exterior, to the sea, as much as possible, and a outdoor path is designed to connect the garden to all levels of the house: all outdoor spaces can be accessed and used without entering the house, maximizing the experience of living outdoors.
