BITE Apartments project in Mallorca is underway!

We are pleased to present you, one of the new residential projects of GRAS Reynés Arquitectos: BITE Apartments.

This new construction project promoted by DOMUS VIVENDI GROUP consists of a block of five private houses and a communal swimming pool.

The general concept of this architectural project is based on the idea of a volume that is carved to achieve the greatest possible surface area of outdoor spaces and leisure zones, creating a diverse complex where each apartment has its own identity.

As usual in our architectural studio, the design is made to maximize privacy without leaving aside the green footprint of the plot, the landscape and views of the bay of Palma de Mallorca.
