Pont i Vic is the new residential project of GRAS Reynés Arquitectos in the heart of the city of Palma de Mallorca.

The most important challenge in this project is the restoration of the historical elements of this building from the early 16th century, such as the façade and the inner courtyard, which are characteristic of medieval architecture. Special attention is also paid to the forging elements present in pillars and handrails, and to the restoration of the Marés stone, the main component in most of the structure combined with other more modern structural elements.

The materials chosen to carry out this project are noble and of high quality, such as stone, wood and iron.

As for the development of the project, on the ground floor is the access to the building, through a medieval-style Mallorcan courtyard, where some details from the beginning of the Renaissance can be found. This in turn, is surrounded by an art gallery.

On the upper floors, our team of architects has decided to combine 1 or 2 bedroom apartments with penthouses; all of them arranged around the courtyard and with large roof-to-floor windows that allow access to natural light.

On the other hand, the penthouses have private terraces on the roof, which offer wide views of the old town as well as immediate views of the Cathedral.

Pont i Vic is the restoration of a historical gem, with 9 residences in the heart of Palma de Mallorca.
