The project consists of a single-family house with two floors, basement and roof terrace with sea views.

The house, located in Port Adriano, enjoys incredible views, which are used to enhance its architecture, giving an added value to the place and its daily life both inside and outside. To do this, the house focuses its life between two walls.

The entrance is made between walls and under a pergola that holds the user inside. Once inside, the view to the garden is focused and the first thing that stands out is the sea, which allows reading the dialogue between the house and its views. In the garden, the elongated shape and the "infinity" style of the pool join with the horizon in order to give continuity to the water and thus feel the proximity to the sea and its surroundings.

The walls close off the side view to center it towards the sea, generating a passage inside the house between patios and vegetation. The rooms on the ground floor form staggered terraces that open up the views. On the roof terrace, the solarium allows you to enjoy a spectacular landscape.

The variety of materials and the use of the stone in a central wall melt interior and exterior in a single space being the house a transition between the street and the sea.
