Brick Hotel

Located in the historic center of Palma de Mallorca, Brick Hotel is an interior renovation executed by GRAS Reynés Arquitectos. This project aims to transform a mid-block building in the Sa Gerreria neighbourhood, keeping it in the best condition since the last works carried out in 2012.

The building’s façade and original structure remain intact. The interior design highlights the concrete core, with visible ceilings and walls extending throughout the common areas and the 11 rooms. Local materials and a natural color palette reflect the place’s Mediterranean identity. Each space is distinguished by different cladding and painted walls, creating a unique visual experience.

The spaces are designed to foster interaction and conversation, offering an authentic hospitality experience. The Brick Hotel offers a new way of experiencing Palma, integrating elements of the past and present into a cohesive whole.
