Son Bunyola project at IB3

Last May 12th was the official launch of the new hotel project of GRAS Reynés Arquitectos together with Currie&Brown Project Management in the old agricultural estate of Son Bunyola.

The Son Bunyola estate, covering more than 200 hectares, consists of a main building, a tafona and several agricultural constructions. The current reform project intends to restore and to preserve all the historical value of the houses and to resume the agricultural and livestock activities of the estate.
