Álvaro Pérez graduated from the ESARQ (School of Architecture of the International University of Catalonia), as an architect. During his studies he was an intern in different architecture studios, both in Barcelona and in Palma de Mallorca. When he finished his architecture studies in 2007 he moved to the city of Pamplona, where he was collaborating as an architect in the studio of Patxi Mangado for two years. He participated in numerous international and national competitions, developed executing projects, and participated in the publications department. In 2010, he moved to Palma de Mallorca, to begin his career at GRAS architects. He began as an architect doing several international and national competitions, developing basic and executing projects until 2014 when he was offered to become a partner at Gras architects. From then on he became Project Director, conducting and coordinating different projects in the studio. The construction of the project STONE CLUB HOUSE finished recently, a club house for the Golf of Santa Ponsa. A meeting place in the middle of nature: it fosters social relationships around a natural landscape. A project that has brought great impact in the specialized media. Álvaro currently manages the development of a 15 housing project. Two multi-family blocks in the Bonanova area in Palma de Mallorca. In turn, he directs the construction of a single-family house in Andratx, carries out the project of execution of the rehabilitation of the single-family Son Vent, and coordinates the end of work of old projects such as housing in Villa-Belgium and housing in Álvarez-Formentor.
