GRAS Reynés Arquitectos' project, STONE CLUBHOUSE, in DETAIL, the bible of the constructive details.

On this occasion, our commercial project STONE CLUBHOUSE has been one of the topics of the new edition of DETAIL magazine. The German publication is considered almost a bible of constructive details, and on this opportunity, under the theme "Solid forms of construction", has included GRAS Reynés Arquitectos' project, STONE CLUBHOUSE.

Due to its solid construction, the project promises a long working life with low maintenance. STONE CLUBHOUSE, made in Mallorca under the direction of the architects Guillermo Reynés and Álvaro Pérez, consists of a series of rocks that stand in the middle of a natural environment. The organization of these elements is what makes the building: 4 volumes that house different programs linked by a common and glazed square, in which the bar is located.

The materiality chosen for this project is the one that maximizes this "rock" effect, i.e., natural rock covers not only the facades, but also the roofs of the building, offering a continuous rock skin.
